Meowtopia Cat Rescue’s mission is to address the critical issue of feral and stray cat overpopulation in Orange County through humane and effective Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) programs. For too long, TNR and comprehensive spay and neuter initiatives have been underfunded in our community, leading to unchecked growth of feral cat colonies. We've stepped up to fill this gap, providing compassionate solutions that benefit both the cats and our neighborhoods.

Our vision is a future where Orange County becomes a model for humane feral cat management, with thriving partnerships between local government, nonprofits, and volunteers. We strive for a day when the County actively collaborates with organizations like Meowtopia and other animal rescues, recognizing that effective solutions require both grassroots efforts and official support. By combining on-the-ground expertise with County commitment, we aim to make a lasting difference in the lives of all animals, creating a more harmonious coexistence and reducing overpopulation and euthanasia in shelters.
